Our Dive Search and Recovery Team can be a resource to you at any time. We are an all-volumteer team of highly trained
divers, and offer our skills when requested if we can be of assistance and without any compensation expectations--this is
our way of using our skills and giving back to the communities in which we enjoy recreational diving. Jack Jepson, our Incident
Commander, is a Master Scuba Diver Trainer, other members are Instructors, as well as Divemasters, Advanced, Rescue and Ice
Divers that our team draws upon through our club, Neptune's Nimrods. Our members have had the Incident Command Communications
training. We have worked with the sheriff Departments from Marinette, Brown, Kewaunee and Door County in the past. Our S&R
Team members have training on confidentiality and strict procedures with news media. Also, some of our members have
undergone underwater crime scene and evidence awareness training through Dive Rescue International. We are available
for land or water based search. Our team has also coordinated our efforts well in the past with equestrain teams, canine teams,
air search teams and other dive teams. Families are welcome to contact us when official searches have been abandoned. We
would be available to offer any assistance, and could plan a member call effort for planning and conducting a land/water search.
